Just wanted everyone to know that the production I am rehearsing has been accepted in the NYC Fringe Festival this Summer. It's an original script called ""Marlowe" is which about the life and times of Christopher Marlowe.
I'm playing Archbishop Whitgift, the Archbishop of Canterbury...a nasty little imposing role.
Hopefully, the festival will grant our request to appear in the second week of the festival....otherwise, my replacement will have to go since I will be in Disneyworld during that time.
Cross your fingers!
Marlowe
that's great news -- congrats and finger crossed for you!
I hope you get to! yay! I'll keep my fingers crossed too!

Do the show! Don't go to Disney World. Quick, let's take off our shirts and hug!
If I have to choose between the Fringe and DisneyWorld, I'll have to go with the latter. The tickets, airfair and resort reservations have already been purchased...plus I would have to disappoint my VERY patient partner, who spends a lot of time at home alone while I do my theatre thing.

Well, that's what partners DO. You really do need to be seen in NYC. Now take off that shirt and hug me.
