I live in Nashville. I know I can bid on line for items. If I were to win, are the items mailed or do I have to come pick them up in New York? I've read the "terms and conditions" section on Broadway Cares, but it doesn't really address out of town bidders....just those "who aren't able to attend". Thanks for the help.

Given that everyone in the country has access to the link, they can't possibly expect the winner to pick up his or her winnings. If you were required to, they would/should state it in the disclaimer (for example, if you win tickets to a show, the rules might state that the bidder is responsible for transportation and accommodations).

Also keep in mind that this is for a reputable charity.

If you are the highest bidder, Broadway Cares will contact you and arrange for the item to either be picked up or shipped to you. However, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
