OK, all of you who saw it, loved it, and recognize the fact that it didn't run very long:
What needs to be changed so that if it were revived, it might have a chance of running more than a few months?

Don't change anything, they need to stop rewriting books every time something gets revived, besides they rewrote the book for the London production and it wasn't nearly as good; furthermore April of 1991 to January of 1993 is certainly not a bad run, it ran 709 performances and picked up the Tony and Drama Desk for best book. Get a good cast in and it can do just as well the second time around.
