I think it changed me because I feel like I can handle things better. I'm not saying that it changed my life drastically by any means at all- I'm sorry that you got that impression. I know that before I saw rent I probably would have been inky about getting close to someone who has a different life style, being gay- but now one of my best friends is gay and I don't let that effect our friendship. She is great. Rent helped me realize that I didn't have anything to be scared of. I'm really sorry if the whole "Rent has changed me for the better" statement makes you angry but I feel that it made me a better person thats all.

Natalie---I think if "Rent" helped you gain tolerance and acceptance of alternate lifestyles, then it DID change your life... and for the better.
