I saw Spelling Bee tonight

I won tickets @ the flea market in ROW A.. my friend and I got there and signed up to be spellers but, didn't get picked :o( oh well ha ha i would have been laughed at anyway with my awful grammar. overall, I thought the cast did a wonderful job developing their own characters. You could easily identify with each and every one of them. I thought it was so clever to have them come into the audience throughout the show and fun. I was the first person to receive M&Ms from Jose during his "erection" song haha.. we also got many flashcards thrown in our faces.. Our spellers tonight (3 got booted pretty fast) but, Josh prince (of SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER) his brother was on stage for an hour.

I thought that some of the music was really cute while the other half i can't really remember. They were all sweet tunes though. The voices were wonderful. The book was ehh.. funny but, repetitious after a while.

I had a nice night.. don't think it's the best thing i've seen but, definately a good time if you leave your "brain" at the door and go back to elementary school.

I also was quite fond of the lobby decor.. very cute.
