I'm helping a friend plan a trip to the city in April with a group from my old high school. They're planning to see one musical and one straight play, but she's having problems finding out which plays will actually be open in April. Anyone have any suggestions? Off-Broadway shows are great too. Ideas for a straight play to see with a high school group in April?

If the Seafarer is still running, see it.

IS HE DEAD? is only on sale through March 30th and may be closed then unless it extends.

You might try THE COUNTRY GIRL with Morgan Freeman and Frances McDormand which should be opening sometime in April or Mamet's NOVEMBER with Nathan Lane and Laurie Metcalf which should still be running.
