re: Idina @ Billy Elliot

Am I the only one who didn't even notice what she was wearing? I was honestly looking at the two together - that's it. Why is her fashion being commented on after she's clearlu trying to enjoy her experience in London and get involved in the West End community? Once again, people on BWW.com have nothing nice to say about anyone.

re: Idina @ Billy Elliot

Well said Craig! Can't a celeb have a low-key night out like the rest of us?

re: Idina @ Billy Elliot

I didn't even notice what she was wearing. You're right, Craig. I looked at her and thought, "Oh, Idina, still hot as usual."

re: Idina @ Billy Elliot

I think its a cute picture and I can't really get a sense of what Idina's outfit looks like. Maybe it was fab when she wasn't hunched over.

Anway, I saw Colin Bates play Billy Elliot last month and he was terrific.

re: Idina @ Billy Elliot

The even bigger reality check that needs to be stated is, no one over there CARES that she was at Billy Elliot or about how she looked or what she was wearing, only the zealots on this board do!

re: Idina @ Billy Elliot

I guess I am the only one here who actually thought she looks pretty good in the picture.

re: Idina @ Billy Elliot

It actually must be nice for her to get away from it all for a bit.

I am wondering if the Wicked insanity will be the same in London as it was in NY (and is on tour). If I recall, the insanity here did not really hit until a few months after it opened.

She looks like she is having a good time and enjoying herself. Good for her.

"pick-a-little, talk-a-little,pick-a-little,talk-a-little"..... geez, can't anyone say anything nice on this board? Who the hell cares what she was wearing or how her make-up looked, and really, it's none of our business. I bet the kid wasn't complaining!

I will say it again. Thank you Craig!!!

re: Idina @ Billy Elliot

yes, thank you Craig! :) seriously, sometimes I think that when a person is beautiful other people for some reason seem to forget that they're still HUMAN. First of all, imo she DOESN'T look bad, but even if she did, does it really matter? give the girl a break, just cause she's so pretty doesn't mean she cant take bad pics every once in a while! I mean sheesh... FANS, on the other hand, sometimes cut themselves OUT of pictures because they hate the way they look. Apparantly, not only does idina and other broadway people not get that luxury, but they actually get bashed by people if they dont look perfect or dont have perfect clothes. Oy.

Wow, people here are so harsh. Personally I think she looks happy, relaxed and very pretty.
"I wrote a book: "How to Be Popular". Now I've put together a top ten list of how to help you: -Elphie, everyday... shower. I mean, who knows? Maybe some of that green is gonna come off! -Deodorant Elphie. No body likes a stinky witch! -I think we've covered the hair, we'll get to that. -Clean underclothes. That's all I'm gonna say. -Look at your posture. That's no way to be popular! -Bed made, room straightened. We've done that. -Colors blended. Oookay. -But the most important thing to have, to make yourself popular, is to keep your beautiful smile." ~Kristin Chenoweth in her last performance of the song "Popular"

I think she looks fine. My first thought wasn't about her outfit (I didn't even notice) either, I was thinking, "Wow, actually smiling a genuine smile, yay!"

Beauty, as they say, is in the eye of the beholder. What is beautiful to one person may not be to another. That, and love, make the world go round.

re: Idina @ Billy Elliot

I've said before that I don't really get her appeal so, yes, you are correct. Like everyone else, there are those who adore her and those who don't. I mean, there may even be a few misguided people who don't think that I am the most handsome gift to all mankind and womankind.

Geez, you people are harsh! She can't have one bad photograph? I'm sure everyone here has taken a bad picture or made a bad fashion choice. If you are going to criticize someone or say they look really bad put up picture's of yourself and then we will see who looks bad.
