That is the title of a prescient column by Frank Rich in the Harvard Crimson, dated February 27, 1969.
It is a review of a new musical called HAIR and two other rock-musicals, PROMISES, PROMISES and YOUR OWN THING, loosely based on TWELFTH NIGHT.
It is a wonderfully intelligent read the rock musicals that took over Broadway in 1969.
How funny it is that Conrad Birdie is indeed coming back to Broadway, right down the street from where a bunch of acid-dropping hippies have set up shop for a long, prosperous run.
