If You Could Take Home One Show

With Memphis being able to buy and own on DVD, which must be the first show to allow you to purchase a live movie recording of a show.

The Lincoln Center, Libary of the Performing Arts has nearly captured every show that has opened on the Great White Way since I believe 1974?

So if you could take one performance from there, what would it be?

Mine would be Chess

I think it would have to be Next to Normal.

Either the new revival of Godspell, or The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

Grease or Follies. Either actually since they are pretty much the same.

I believe I read they filmed the Raul Julia/Meryl Streep TAMING OF THE SHREW in the Park in 1978. Although my inclination would be to go musical, that production would be tempting.

I wish I could have Mazzie!N2N..although it wasn't recorded for the archive. And the only bootleg I can find is of her first performance, which is so different from what she did later on.

Give me claws and a hunch, just away from this bunch.

I really wish I could have seen OBC of Rent so either that or Ragtime.

EDIT: Oh Women On The Verge would have loved that one!
