If your a student then the only thing you don't have to wait for is Wedding Singer. Jacques Brel also has student rush which requires no waiting, it's off-broadway but its amazing. Martin Short has Student rush that you don't always have to wait for. If you mean lotteries then Hairspray is not too difficult, DRS might be difficult now because it only has 5 more shows. Rent's lotto isn't too bad all the time. There's a rush site with all the policies I don't know how to find it but someone will post it in a few minutes.

I would go for the Hairspray or DRS lottos. It would be great if you could see either DRS or Sweeney Todd before they close. Have fun!
And I think just_john meant www.talkingbroadway.com
That website lists all the rushes and lottos for all the shows.

THE WEDDING SINGER
(if you student rush)
I got there around 12 in the afternoon on a Saturday, and got 2nd row for the night performance!
Great show! You'll have fun!

Wedding Singer is easy for the most part, but I would recommend getting there before the box office opens. Bwayondabrain said they got there around 12 (box office opens 10 on Sat.) and got second row. I believe Wedding Singer sells remaining tickets for that day's performance once all the student rush front row seats have sold out. However, when I went on a Sunday, they said the student rush was sold out, and that they wouldn't give me anything else for student rush price, so I'm assuming that they decided to just sell front row that day - and I highly doubt that performance was sold out. I had gone around 12:45; the box office opened at 12.
Sometimes box office's can be unpredictable, I guess, when it comes to selling student rush. For the most part, Wedding Singer is an easy rush, but I would recommend getting there about an hour before the box office opens.

yeah, we got our student rush tickets in the second row at 12, but as millie_dillmount said, you should probably get there before the box office opens
we wouldve, but we got right off our plane, and left LaGuardia at like 10:30 and headed straight there!
anyhow, hope you can get tickets!

I looked at the site www.talkingbroadway.com and I couldn't find rush information about Wedding Singer.
I'm thinking about rushing it on Sat if the weather isn't bad. What time does the box office open? When the box office opens, does it sell tickets for the matinee and evening performance?
Is Wedding Singer usually on TKTS?
