I'm going to New York for spring break and want to buy tickets for DRS. Anybody suggestions on where the best seats are? Thanks in adavance.

On the floor, first 10 or so rows.

Yes, I sat in about the 4th row, and it was great.

Thanks. My mom usually likes to sit in the mezzanie, are the seats there good too or do you really miss something being farther away from the stage?

I went with a group and we had seats in the last few rows of the mezzanine and we didn't miss anything. I liked the show from up there because you really get to see the whole picture of the show, which is visually astounding.

There is little leg room in the Mez. I usually prefer the floor for everything. If it's a cost issue, the Mez should be fine as long as you aren't super tall.

the orchestra is the best area, but if you get put on the sides, it is a little hard to see some of the scenes. I could barely see the whole Andre balcony scene sitting on the floor, house left.

Obviously, the front rows of the orchestra are great, but I'd also make a case for the front mezzanine. If you're seeing the show for the first time, it gives you a full view of the stage. Furthermore, row A of the mezzanine overhangs row H of the orchestra so you're very close.

Orchestra central 3rd row back to 8th are probably the very best. If you like really up close, the first two rows are ok. I'd go for them rather than the mez. It's true you get perhaps a fuller picture up there but I feel out of it that far back.

I sat in the first row back when it was lotto.

The seats were fine but because the stage was high, i had a sore neck trying to watch all of Joanna's balcony scenes.

The show's great, you'll love it!

Yeah, I've been addicted to the recording for the past year so I'm very excited. Anyway- one more question: How crazy is the stage door? Do most people usually get to get something signed or are there tons of people? Thanks.

The stage door is not a mob....few people go and there are no barricades, as the street is being constructed.
