Improvised parts of Silence?

I just saw Silence: The Musical and loved it. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is any improv in the show (specifically lines that change in each performance). I was thinking that maybe the fat jokes Clarice said during the autopsy were ad-libbed, but I wasn't sure.

Nope. They do that faux "let's crack each other up" bit every show.
