Saw an ad for it on TV last night.I was a little suprised thye felt the need to do it so early in the run.

Which ad did you see? The one with all the dancing, or the one with Lin talking about it in between dancing?

I believe the first one has been around for quite a while.

I'm not sure why it's surprising to have a TV ad this "early" in the run. Is the implication here that an ad is a sign of desperation? That's funny if so. I remember seeing a 'Final Fantasy VIII' ad on TV and being stunned by it, and that it was ON TELEVISION. FF games generally don't need that much help, it just feels like they're only advertising so you don't miss the release date.

Goddamn I need a PS2. ;_;

The ads and Tony awards appear to be paying off. They hit 100% and all discounts have been revoked, so everyone in the theatre seems to be paying full price. It's STILL worth it!
