In search of guitar chords

Please let me know if this request is in any way against rules...or if it's on the wrong board.

Anyway, I'm trying to find guitar chords for "They Say It's Wonderful" from Annie Get Your Gun, by Irving Berlin. I've had no luck online; all I came up with was a Sinatra version and the chords didn't sound right to me. I'm looking for it in the key in which it was performed on the 1966 revival cast recording - E-flat, if I remember correctly. If anyone knows the chords or has sheet music, could you help me?
