Incredibly Stupid "HONK" Question

So, does anyone know who plays Ugly on the Wichita cast recording of "Honk?" I tried looking around the internet, but I couldn't find any information.

My sister was listening to it earlier today, and she said, "Don't you think he sounds a lot like Sean Palmer?" She started playing "Now I've Seen You" and deconstructing his performance like Seth Rudetsky would, and he really did sound a lot like a younger, less polished Sean Palmer. I doubt it really is him (though my sister's convinced), but I'd like to know who he is.

I have that version of the recording too, and the booklet lists Ugly as being played by Arthur W. Marks.

Ahh, thank you so much! I got the CD as a burned copy about four years ago, so it didn't have a list of any of the cast.

This Arthur W. Marks fellow is kinda cute... I'll go tell my little sister that it's not her favourite Disney prince after all. (She has a... thing for Sean Palmer.)
