Does anybody know if the LT. of Inishmore has student rush? your help is greatly appreciated!
Yup it's sold when the box office opens at 10 am, although last saturday I went at 1:45pm and got tickets for the 2pm matinee, so it's not busy...

Yep, I think it's 26.25 and when I went a few months ago, there were still tickets left an hour before the show. But with tourist season, there might be a line now, but I doubt it.
I went on Sunday and got there 1/2 hour before the curtain for David Wilmot/Domhnall Gleeson's last, and I'm pretty sure you can get there anytime before curtain and get a ticket. They seem to sell whatever's left in the lowest price range in the rear mezz (whatever row that starts at...F or something?). The entire mezz was empty on Sunday (I'm not exaggerating when I say there were probably only 15-20 people up there). But, even though it was a small crowd, the audience was really into the show. Lots and lots of laughing, and just all around really on the ball. A nice way to send David and Domhnall off, I'd say!

It is really easy to get seat to. I went a half an hour before curtain and i was sitting in front row of the mezz.

Why aren't more people going to see this show? I just don't understand. I've never laughed so hard for so long in my life. And the theater isn't very big either, so when it's that empty, it's so upsetting.
AND, they don't even open the balcony. I just don't know. I was kind of hoping they'd see a little bump at the box office after Bridge and Tunnel and Faith Healer closed, since History Boys is now the only other play running on Broadway...Doesn't seem to be the case though. It's a real shame, because it really is a brilliant show. Sunday was my 4th time seeing it and I laughed harder than I did the other times I saw it. It's definitely holding up well, performance-wise. I'll definitely be curious to see how the replacements are.

My friend and I went Sunday two hours prior to curtain and managed to get seats M9 and M11 in the left orchestra, so I guess it all depends on availability (which, according to the numbers, appears to be ample).
Such an impressive work, it is definitely a shame that it is not doing better than it is.
