Irving Berlin or Cole Porter?

I like 'em both... but I like Irving Berlin's music just a little bit more...

i lean slightly to the Cole Porter side, but only because the sole of one of my shoes is a lttle more worn than the other...

quite possibly! i think Cole Porter is wittier, while Irving Berlin feels a bit more home-spun, "american" sensibility...

I must say that it is a tough decision. Both have contributed a great deal to the music/theatre scene. While I like Berlin a great deal, I lean to the Cole Porter side slightly. Kiss Me, Kate is probably the one show that puts Porter up. It is a great show and one of my all time favorites.
