Wow, Jeffrey Karasarides! Such welcome news! And thank you so much for noticing a Fiddler reference embedded in a post about Mo’ana (😉), & then acting so quickly to share the good news with all of us.
Actually, I have been alerting people at AJT (Association for Jewish Theatre) & The Forward to the fact that even though 9/22/29 may seem very far away, it’s actually growing closer every day.
I certainly understand that investors might be wary of boycotts or whatever in this troubled time… But I still believe in The Fiddler’s essentially positive vibe, so I think it would be a damn shame if we failed to celebrate his 65th birthday out of fear.
