Is anybody familiar with the brilliant performer Eric Kunze?

I was wondering if anyone was familiar with Eric Kunze, and if so, if they know of any recordings of him. He has an amazing voice. He played Jesus in JCS
tour.

I saw him in JCS, and while I absolutely hated the show/production, I thought that Eric was fabulous.

I saw him in Miss Saigon and JCS. Loved him in both. He's a real hottie too.

I also saw him as Jesus, and he was very good! The production, well, not so much, but I really enjoyed Eric.

Did you know he also sells spas and patios in Southern California? :)

Me too, I saw him as Jesus and Joseph (Dreamcoat) and both time he was excellent. Yes he is a real estate agent but I thought he works in NYC. Maybe he moved to sunny LA.

I KNOW, isn't that too Funny???? That's why he doesn't do a lot of shows.
He is too busy being the "Spa King of San Diego". He's amazing though.
There's got to be a recording of him somewhere. Some compilation???

Saw him years ago in Into the Woods at Moonlight Ampitheater in VISTA, CA.

Saw him in New York in Les Miserables, Damn Yankees and Miss Saigon. Eric Kunze has a terrific voice and was a great Marius opposite Lea Salonga's Eponine in 1993, as well as a fine Joe Hardy in the mid-90's revival of Damn Yankees. If I recall correctly, Eric succeeded Jarrod Emick in Damn Yankees, left when Jarrod briefly reprised Joe, and then Eric came back to close the show opposite Jerry Lewis. But I don't remember much about his portrayal of Chris in Miss Saigon...

I'll admit I'm some what obessed with the guy. I saw JCS here in SF, I think 5 times...and while yes, I really like the music and story of the show, the only reason I saw it that many times was for Eric. He is GORGEOUS!!

I saw Eric in MISS SAIGON and not only did he sing the role exceptionally well, he acting the part very effectively. The expression on his face in the helicopter as he was searching for Kim stays in my memory.

Bring him back to Broadway. He can sell spas in Canarsie!
