In order to achieve the essence of another character the actor must first be able to reach absolute zero. From this neutral state an actor can go anywhere.
Actor's Weekend is THE ultimate opportunity to get a vast amount of knowledge about being a working actor in film, theatre, television and beyond. In just two days, you will be given the opportunity to attend eight exciting and extensive workshops and learn from some of the best professionals in the entertainment industry.
Actor's Weekend is only available for actors who love their profession and are eager to make their "big break."
You are not required to have any experience; just the passion and perseverance to be a working actor.
Some Workshops Include:
Tony Award-Winning Actress BETH LEAVEL (Drowsy Chaperone)
Telsey & Co. Casting Agency
New York Film Academy (how to work with a Director on the Set)
Actor's Equity
Acting on Set
And---a guest CELEBRITY actor (to be announced soon)

We are only accepting 175 participating actors.***

I think these things are kind of scam, regardless of who they get to come.
Nowadays, I bet you 90% of the stuff you would "learn" at that weekend you could find online.

well I decided to try it out it looks good. and I love Beth Leavel so whatever well see
