Is there a lead role for Jackie Hoffman?

Other than Funny Girl, which she is too old for, does anyone think there's a leading role out there for Jackie Hoffman. In the last two days I've watched Garden State and Dirty Shame, both of which she has supporting roles in, and I've re-realized how talented she is. I'd love to see her star in something on Broadway. Maybe a one-woman show? Kvetching? And do we think there are any existing musical theatre roles for her?

I don't see why 'Kissing Jessica Stein' has not been made into a musical.

I think Kissing Jessica Stein is not musical material. Leave it be an amazing indie.

But I can see Jackie Hoffman as Amy in Company.

She's wonderfully funny in her (very small) role on Starved.

I'll have to agree with keeping Stein the way it is...don't see it as a musical. But I would LOVE to see Jackie in a one woman show, she would be HILARIOUS!
