Lottery or buy cheap seats
Back of the rear mezz is $41.50
So CoolKid when you want info you bother everyone else about it but when other people do you give them the info. Why is that? Because you are annoying?
Anyway. The lottery isn't very easy. About 75- 150 people show up, so your chances aren't great. When I don't win I ask for partial view for $60 which are great seats! They also sometimes sell standing room or the Mid Mezzanine (Don't know if it is Front or Rear) are great seats for 76.50

Do u think they would partial view for 3 ppl?
Not sure, I have only seen them in sets of 2 but I'm sure you could get them very close together, you could get 2 in one row and 1 behind you in the next row.

They'll probably do partial view for 3 people, I did it with 5! I'd definitely try lotto though, it doesn't hurt, and you could win!

alright, so u think the best plan of action is to try the lotto then get partial view for 3 ppl for a friday night?

Off Topic, but... people may find coolkid annoying, but what is becoming equally as annoying is the personal vendetta drunkchitarivera seems to have against him; posting a "you are so annoying" reply to virtually everything coolkid posts. We get it. You hate him. Can we move on?? Thanks and have a lovely day.

You obviously don't know CoolKid. Most the people on this board can't stand CoolKid and if you look at all of his posts you will see what we mean.

dang it i just called the box office and they said they sell partial view for full price...is it after the lotto they drop out down to 60?
I paid 40 something for back of the Mezz and saw everything. I liked being in back i was able to see all the dances and sets from afar and i felt like i saw the whole picture more so than I would have gotten sitting close.

unfortunately the mezzanine is all sold out
Yeah, the rear mezz $41 tickets (ah, I remember the days before the Tonys when they were $31. And rumor has it, they were $21 during previews...) are pretty much sold out for a loooong time in advance.
Sorry none of this seems to be working out for you, man...I say give the lotto a chance, though. It's kind of ridiculous, but who knows - maybe you'll get called! You never know.
I definitely paid 60 for partial view and that was when it was busier during the summer. They must drop it after lotto. Or they are telling that because they want you to buy full price tickets.
It's weird Billy Elliot sells partial view for less but ITH doesn't...
ITH raised their partial view tickets to full price.
Just get standing room tickets. For less than 30 bucks you can't go wrong. They usually go on sale right after they finish pulling the lottery.

do they sell them even when the show doesn't sell out

Uh, obviously you don't know how annoying coolkid's posts can actually get. DrunkChitaRivera isn't the only one who mentions these things, he (or she?) just happened to be the first person in the thread to mention it.
Fiyero13: Usually shows don't sell SRO unless the show is sold out, but sometimes they do. It might depend on the night.
I've never had a problem buying standing room at In the Heights and I'm pretty sure the show was not sold out each time I was there.
