I know it says it benifits BCEFA so I am interested, but is this a legal DVD? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7500287302

Not legal. The reason they say "I won't be selling this for very long, so email me ASAP if you are interested" is because there is a chance the auction will be shut down and they are trying to make fast, quick money. They'll need the email contact because the bidders will be erased. Them using BCEFA's name to make a profit makes me sick.
Some profit. $0.99?
Thanks for the reply. I thought it sounded shady too. BCEFA should be made aware of this.

TGIF, you didn't do the research. I'm posting the link below.
BTW, the auction is over $20.00 now -- and they've made over $2,100 and counting...and how much of that do you think BCEFA will ever see?
A heck of a lot of profit

I wouldn't trust anything that says it's FOR BC/EFA unless the seller actually is "bcefa."

im still not entirely sure if thats supposed to be a bootleg or just various performances of the songs from the show (like tv spots?)
I think it's a mix of both...

In the description is says there are clips from Kristin's last show - so I'm guessing they've snipped bootlegs. Plus, it's illegal to sell TV appearances on Ebay as well - so either way they shouldn't be doing it.

well, i think selling tv clips is far more common & accepted than bootlegs of the live show.

I'm not sure about accepted, but common? Yes. However, it's still a prohibited auction according to Ebay.

im not stoppin you from reporting it...
i think tv clips are more accepted *because* its more common... and even easy to do and in turn hard to stop. of course if you wanted a tv clip that badly, you could/should just record things yourself. the problem is in making money off of it, if you get more than a couple of bucks to cover the cost of the tape & the shipping, then youre doing somethin "bad." the only way to stop that kinda thing would be to outlaw VCRs and since no one stands there while you watch tv (like ushers do at shows) there will always be source material out there for people to use to make $$. Its just such a lost cause...
the second eBay discovers this, they'll take it down.........as they did when this kind of thing for Dance of the Vampire appeared
