i heard carole extended her contract (again)... anyone know if this is true?

i would doubt it, only because her replacement has already been announced to start 5/31.

Where'd you hear it?

from someone who was at the stage door sunday and said they heard that... yeah i didnt think it was true. who's her replacement?

Rue McClanahan is the Morrible Replacement. Ben Vereen for the Wizard.

i'm definitley going to miss JLT when she leaves. i just adore the way that she plays glinda, and i'm so sad to see her go!

i've heard really great things about megan though, so i'm really excited to see her

JLT will definitely be missed, shes incredible, but i'm excited to see megan hilty, shes adorable!! and i can't WAIT for rue mcclanahan, although Carole Shelley will definitely be hard to beat.
