Hi everyone,

I hope TPTB won't mind...that I'm posting this..but James Fox got the part in the musical Movin' Out...woohoo...!

Here's the message that was left on his forum!

He’s got it – James is Movin’ Out

Brilliant news, we knew he would WOW them and looks like he has, he's got the part.

James has stayed on in America and get this; he is in rehearsals with David Rosenthal who works with Billy Joel. James will be making his Broadway debut on his birthday April 6th for the matinee performance. He will also be performing in the matinee on the 9th April. He will be performing other dates as well but those two dates are definite if anyone is thinking of going over.

Don’t worry he is coming back for the website party and will then fly back to New York at the end of March. He will also be performing in some of the shows in Houston Texas the week of the 11th April and Louisville week commencing 18th April. The exact shows are to be confirmed.

James will fly back to the UK on the 25th April to go out to The Falklands on the 26th and then back to America after that gig.

There will be more dates and more stints on Broadway and Garry will confirm these dates as soon as possible.

James did log on from America but couldn’t post and he has tried to come on line since but is having difficulty. Thanks for trying James.

Is he replacing Michael Cavanaugh or Henry Haid? I thought Cavanaugh was coming back after playing the Cleveland stop on the tour . . .

I'm going to take a nap. I must be tired because I read this twice thinking "How in the hell is Jamie Foxx going to be right for this show?!"

I'm not sure..this is placed only today...so nothing is really known at the moment..but I'll post it when I know more!
