A concert version of Jekyll and Hyde is coming to my school (UNLV) in October as part of our performing arts series. I know that it's a national tour, and there is a rumor circulating around that it will be the OBC performing the roles. Has anybody heard of this tour at all??

definitely not the OBC
J&H will be Rob Evan
check his website www.rob-evan.com for the complete schedule
Lucy will be Kate Shindle at least for Marlton, NJ aka Lenape PAC
thanks for the info!
Don't miss this! I covered the premiere at Lenape last June. The crowds were still buzzing about it at this year's opening.
It is a condensed version of the show and tells the story from the 3 main characters viewpoint. Very effective, very well done.
Rob Evan rocks this roll and Kate is amazing. Frank is bringing in a newcomer named Brandy to play Emma. I was told they are dating. She was at the "Moon" opening with Frank. Forgive me that I don't remember her last name, but I hope she sings as well as she looks.

Pati - you always have an answer for everything! Thank you!!!
LOL! But not always the right answers or best way to present them...as some will point out.
I will concede the Wildhorn experts are Dr. Richie and Don Simone, former J&H fan club presidents. The doctor will be sitting front row and center tonight. Don't know if Don will make the trip. Don has seen some 100+ productions of J&H, I'm told. Enjoy tonight!
OMG, this will be my first chance to see one of my upmost favorite musicals live!
does anybody know if they really are gonna tour? and if so, does anybody have the tour dates and locations? (i live in NJ, so anywhere around there an NY would be great!)
nvm, i found it on Rob Evan's site! OMG, they're gonna be in Morristown! (which is literally, only 15 minutes away from where i live! eeeek!!)
omg, i can't control my spastic breathing! oh man, this is soo exciting! haha

I Loved, loved loved this show. This is amazing to hear!!
musicalfans posted it earlier. ^
but, it's www.rob-evan.com :)
will they be doing any other performances in NJ? because, well, if they're only gonna be here once, that would be wierd, considering that the tour's going to people's schools.
is there a way i could contact someone from the tour to ask them to come to my school?
also, does anybody know what TIME and PLACE the shows are gonna be?
RE: The J&H Tour... I am in contact with a few of the folks handling that project for information on bookings and other logistics about the show. I will meet with some of them in Sept. for more specific details.
Meantime, the dates and towns are listed on Rob's site www.rob-evan.com. There is a stop at the Morristown Comunity Theater, Morristown, NJ later this year.
Perhaps I can find out more about 2005-06 venues, prior to Sept. when it begind its tour.
Stay tuned ... I will post what I can when I get more info.
