Jersey Boys SRO Saturday Lining Up

How early would I have to arrive in line to have a chance at getting a SRO ticket to Jersey Boys on a Saturday evening? I know they start selling SRO tickets two hours before the performance. Thanks in advance.

there was only 2 people there at 6 pm last sat night.

I got to the box office around 7 and I was told they were already sold out. I didn't know ahead of time what time they started selling the SRO tickets.
