Jersey boys rush?

Do they still do student rush for the summer?
I'm hoping to rush next Wednesday night.

What time did u get there?
I did it on a wednesday in March got their at 12 and was fine

My friends went for me, but they arrived at 12:30 and managed to get tickets for all three of us (front row, way to the side)

Decent view?
I rushed last time and got row E on the side and was ok with the view
I however was talking to the guy next to me and he paid $122 and he had about the same obstructions as me.

No rush seats are in the center right?
Would I be better off doing rush or SRO if I'm gonna see it again
I heard the view from SRO isn't good

The friends I was with were okay with the view. I was not (and wasn't tactful enough to keep that quiet). We were sitting right under the spiral staircase stage left, so couldn't see anything that was happening on the second level. Also anything happening upstage left. I wouldn't recommend the seats (though there were four seats in our section and we were the three closest to the center, so the woman furthest away definitely paid $100 more than us!). I don't know if SRO is an option unless it's sold out. If SRO is at the back of the orchestra, I can imagine you'd have trouble seeing the second level with the overhang from the mezz. Don't really know what the best option for you is, but decide if you want up close and very obstructed or further back and only moderately obstructed.

I went the Wednesday evening before last and my friend was able to get two student rush tickets in the rear orchestra around 4 p.m. You only miss the very top of the platform (like, you can't see Crewe's head during the Hall of Fame scene and Quinn VanAntwerp is so tall you can't see some of his head in a few scenes), so it's not bad at all.

Do you know if getting there earlier gets you a different section of seating? Rear orchestra sounds perfectly fine to me, seems like you had a good view of the show from there! I'll be going this Wednesday and probably planning on getting there right before the box office opens to get tickets for the evening performance.

Hi guys, I've never rushed a show before, so I have a few questions.

Is there usually a line before 10am for Jersey Boys? I know there's an INSANE line for How To Succeed every morning right now because of Darren Criss, but JB has been out for quite a while now, what's the demand like?

Do they let you buy 1 or 2 tickets with your student ID?

I went closer to 1 and there seemed to be many rush tickets left, that was back almost a year ago now though. Regardless, it's two tickets per ID and they do have standing room for the same price as rush if it's sold out. I can guarantee the lines will be nothing like they've been for Darren Criss. That is an unusual exception. Getting there at 10 am is erring on the very safe side for Jersey Boys rush. (there will probably be little to no line at 10)

Anything else on this as of late? I want to possibly see this show with my mom in a few weekends.
