Jersey boys rush change question

Has anyone rushed Jersey boys since the rush changed [to 10am?]
Any idea on how early one should get there on a weekend?

Well, I think that this weekend will be the first where the new rush policy is in effect, so I'm not sure about times for weekends. From what I've been hearing this week though, people have been getting to the theater as early as 5:30 or 6 a.m., with the lines filling up as early as 7-7:30 a.m. I'm guessing that the weekend might be even worse...

I am thinking of rushing on Sunday for the matinee. What time would you suggest getting there to be one of the first ones there?

I would get there at 4, earlier if your willing.

I was planning at leaving my house at 5 to get there by 5:45. I guess I can leave like 4:30ish and get there a little after 5, but I'd have to make my Dad get up earlier LOL.

Well the box office opens at 12 on Sunday so I change my mind you don't have to be there that early. I would say 6 should be good, so go back to your original plan.

A friend of mine rushed Jersey Boys last Sunday and got there at 5:30 and was the last one to get tickets. So I'd be getting there by 5:15ish or so.

my wife and I rushed Jersey Boys this past Wednesday the 23rd and we got there at 7 a.m. When we got there, there were already about 18 people in front of us. We ended up getting the last 2 tickets to the 8a.m. show, and there was only 1 ticket left for the matinee show.

we got really lucky... i didnt realise u had to get there so early!

If you you people are not tourists and live in NY and can go whenever. Just wait two weeks and the waiting won't be as insane when the tourists have returned home. Otherwise get there at 4 just to guarentee that you get tickets.

Yeah, I think I might wait until the middle of September and go on a Sunday then.
