I went to NYC about two weeks ago, and Glass Menagerie was not on my list, but then I got the Broadway Box $20 discount a few days before my trip and decided to give it a try. I was very surprised that it was an excellent show with a great performance by Lange. Don't get what the critics hated about it, although Christian Slater's diction was not very clear.

Oh, don't apologize PJ, see that's what I thought you meant. Which is why I was like "yeah..fully just missed PJs starkyness" p.s. I don't think starkyness is a word

She gives a VERY mediocre performance as does all of the cast besides the fabulous Sarah Paulson in a stunning performace as Laura.
This is BY FAR one of the worst productions I've seen on the Broadway stage. I'm posting my review soon.
