She has an AMAZING voice. She's Kim on the complete symphonic album of MISS SAIGON. Highly recommend getting it, even if it's the Highlights version.

She also sings Mary Magdalene on the 1996 London revival cast recording of JCS, and she is phenomenal on that recording; her 'I Don't Know...' is the best (after Yvonne Elliman's original)

saw her too as kim in miss saigon in london, but much earlier probably in 1993. i thought she was excellent!

Is that the one with Steve Balsamo? I saw that revival in London.

Joanna is back here in Manila and ended a run of SOUND OF MUSIC a few months ago. I also remember her tweeting about hosting a dinner for recent visitor Claude Michel Schonberg ( who has visited Manila a few times) and they talked about the new song written by CMS for the Les Miserables movie musical, called "Suddenly".
