that was a class act. i truly hope he wins the tony. he gives such an emotional performance every night, and its showed each time ive see the show. he is one of the nicest, most grateful broadway actors ive met thus far, and if anyone deserves it, its him.

That was so wonderful. I loved how it was so simple but you could tell how heartfelt it was. Thank you for posting that.

I loved it as well. John really is such a sweet, talented guy - a breath of fresh air. I would love to see him take home that Tony.

That was so heartfelt. He's a good writer. And awesome that he was a Sweeney revival fan!

As a side note, I thought the word "throng" was "thong" and for a second there thought someone gave him one at the stage door.

Aw, that was great. He seems genuinely down to earth and appreciative of everything that's happened to him thus far. It'd be awesome to see him win the Tony.

John is an absolute doll, and I'm thrilled for his success! I agree that he is a total sweetheart at the stage door and is completely down to earth and friendly as can be. re: John Gallagher Jr.: A Year of Firsts at Spring Awakening
