On his blog....he will be out of Jersey Boys June 30th til July 3rd, but will be back on the 4th for his birthday. Just thought I would post since everyone is always inquiring whether or not he will be in for the performance they are seeing.

ahh...newgirl I'm sorry to hear that. If it makes you feel any better, his understudy, Dominic Nolfi, is fabulous.
And like he states on his blog too, he is allowed a seven performance week, so that means he is allowed to miss one performance a week (which doesn't mean that he will or won't). But if he does, he usually takes off a Tuesday night or Wednesday matinee.
It sounded like a lot of people were emailing him to see if he would be in the show on a certain date, I think this was just his way of letting the masses know. LOL. Also, he will be out on Sunday, July 16th.

I think I would be less upset if I lived in the area, but I'm coming from Chicago just to see JB.
Oh well. I tend to have bad luck when I come to see shows...Idina Menzel was out when I saw Wicked and Nathan Lane was out when I saw the Producers. Oh and Greg Jbara was out when I saw DRS...and..well, you get the picture...ha!
