This show swept off broadway and I am pretty sure it will sweep broadway and the tony awards next year if it is brought to broadway. So BRING IT TO BROADWAY

Posted: 5/9/08 at 4:30pmNot to pop your dream bubble, but this has been discussed to great extent in previous threads, and the consensus reads: "Let it be." It won't work (or sell) ON Broadway. It's meant to play OFF, and has garnered MUCH MUCH MUCH well-deserved acclaim playing there. Don't ruin a wonderful thing.

Also its not for everyone~not everyone could appreciate the score and an expressionist play.

I saw it. Really enjoyed it, but it is where it belongs. A Broadway run is not right for this show.
It is very successful right now because it is in its right place.
