Joni Mitchell and Broadway Solo Discs

Why does at least 1 of her songs appear on most every Broadway Solo Disc. I love the woman and understand her appeal, but isn't it time for some new ideas?

Could you give some examples? I am a huge Joni fan but not a huge collector of Broadway Solo disks. I would be interested in hearing some.

I know there are more, I'm just not near my cd collection.

I think it's because she's brilliant and many people love her writing.
