I remember seeing Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat when I was younger and singing all the words along to it! Donny Osmond was amazing in it. Even more recently he's been such a wonder. Between his CDs and TV, I think he's one of the best performers I've seen. That's why I'm so excited about his new CD. I heard some of it at Universal and he's still got it. Seeing a production of that show with Donny Osmond, even for free, was one of the worst things I have ever seen on a professional stage. And the megamix! OH. MY. MORONI.

I like the show. I think Donny made a great Joseph. It may not be an all time best musical ever but its fun. Fun tunes to hum too.

That's so funny, that's exactly what a woman on another message board wrote in response to my criticisms at the time. I think she was an upper-middle aged Donny fangal. And she said, "The show doesn't take itself seriously! It's just FUN!" I told her the people who paid 70 serious dollars a ticket should've gotten a break if it's "just fun."

well, I never got a negative feeling from the audience while on stage...in fact we extended many stops of the tour because we had sold out so quickly. Updated On: 1/12/05 at 11:28 PM

First of all, I am talking about the last Donny tour. And it was awful. Not that the show's very good at all.

Donny is that you??? haha anyways the Joseph with Donny in it was my first show and what got me hooked onto theatre. That's why it will have a place in my musical theatre loving heart...wow that was cheesy.
