Not quite Al. I don't personally know Julia (although I've met her a few times) and I'm a big fan of hers. I think that her voice is beautiful and she knows the difference between singing a song and performing a song. She's been criticized in the past for having a bit of a tremolo. I, for one, was never really bothered by it. But for those who were, her vibretto seems to have evened out beautifully as of late. If you listen to the demo tracks on Scott Alan's website (ScottAlan.net) you'll hear what I mean. Beyond her talent, she has the stage performer "it" factor. It's something about her stage presence and charisma that sort of sets her apart from the crowd. I always liked her voice but I was never really captivated until I saw her performing a song live. Hope this answers your question.
Like I said, not shills and not necessarily people who know her intimately but *fans* that want to see her on the boards. It's a nice thing to do, I just don't think anyone of import is actually *listening*. I know you're not a shill Mattio.

Oh I know that producers aren't making decisions based on these boards or any boards. And, yes, I would love to see her on Broadway. I was just trying to explain what I find so captivating about her. Kind of funny that there's a song in Wild Party called What Is It About Her?
