Posted: 7/7/05 at 9:43amSometimes this board makes my blood boil. Yes, Julia Stiles has done a LOT of stage work - she STARTED her career on stage FFS. Just because she is an established Hollywood actress does not mean her talent for stage work has completely disappeared - last year she did a play in London, and I'm sorry that it's not 'Wicked' or a national tour of 'Thoroughly Modern Millie' but just because something isn't flashed in front of your eyes on this message board it does not mean it doesn't exist. I'm sorry to overreact, but Broadway_Bound_Star the connotations behind your post really bugged me.

Posted: 7/7/05 at 9:56amHas Burns done any stage work? Not that it necessarily matters, but I'm curious. I didn't see anything on IBDB, but that doesn't mean she's never done any off-Broadway work, etc. I don't have much of a problem w/ Stiles. I can kind of take her or leave her, and I didn't see her in Twelfth Night...didn't she get decent reviews for Oleanna in London? I don't remember.
