Whatever became of our little salad tossin' Millie?
Those were the days.
Does anyone know what she is up to these days? (I don't mean what her WEIGHT is up to, but what is up with her career?)
If you have not read the journal, it is still there for all to enjoy!

I haven't thought about "Juliana's Journal" in, what must be, two years...I used to check in on the 'Millie' tour's progress via her journal religously. A friend of mine had somehow located audio clips of Juliana singing "Gimme Gimme" online, and I listened a while back...she didn't sound too hot (at least not in comparison to the likes of Sutton Foster, Darcie Roberts, and Susan Egan), but she always seemed really likeable in her journal entries.

I know the tour is over, but why doesn't she keep writing about her auditions and such?

A friend told me that she went in for Clara when they were looking for Kelli O'Hara's replacement, but other than that she's kind of disappeared, hasn't she? Hmmmm...

Juliana has not disappeared and she is doing just fine. She just finished playing Louisa in a production of THE FANTASTICKS on LI and she leaves in about a week to play BELLE in BEAUTY and the BEAST at a regional theater. She has done some workshops and recordings over the past year. As well, she did NOT make it in for the CLARA audition for "PIAZZA" because she was sick. Other than that, she is happy and doing quite well.

Hey there-
Like SoCoChef says (I suspect SoCo and I are both pals with Juliana), she is far from having disappeared. I just wanted to add this link if anyone wants to check out her reviews or pictures from her production of THE FANTASTICKS that just closed at Gateway Playhouse:

I think she has about three weeks off and then she goes up to Forestburgh Playhouse to be Belle in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST for the month of August.

She is far from disappearing, in fact, I'd venture to say this is just the beginning.....

I just went up to Forestburgh to see some friends in "Carousel" and "Millie."! They get some great talent up there! Glad to hear Juliana's onstage there.

Hopefully it will be only a matter of time before we see Juliana as Belle on Broadway!!! (Or any other role for that matter, but Belle would be pretty great...)

Yes! Go see it. Kate Fahrner is a great Millie, very funny.
