It has been announced that Thomas Kail and Alex Rudzinski are set to direct Fox's GREASE LIVE. I am actually very excited about this. I think Fox was very smart to hire two directors instead of just one. Kail will act as the stage director while Rudzinski will direct the filming aspect of the production.
Kail is one of my favorite directors and I think he is a great choice for this and Rudzinski has done some fine work for live television including "Dancing with the Stars." All in all, I'm hopeful for this. Grease is one of my favorite shows and so far, things are looking good for the live production.
