Does anyone know what show the Kander/Ebb song "I'm One Of The Smart Ones" is from?

I haven't figured out what show it's from, but this site says it was written in 1964. Maybe Flora The Red Menace?

It is not from Flora. I may be wrong, but I believe that it was just written expressly for Liza.

It's from a Kander and Ebb show called GOLDEN GATE, written in 1964.

Golden Gate was written in 1964 and was supposed to open in San Francisco, it didn't.
