I just saw the announcement about the new Maria. It mentioned that Natalie Cortez was Anita, but it never said that Karen would be returning. Does anyone know if she will?

I saw something from her facebook page yesterday saying that she is back in rehearsals now, so I guess it is just a matter of time before we know when she is officially back.

I talked to my friend at the theatre a few days ago and he said she'd be back September 5th

Because the show is WEST SIDE STORY and not NEVER ON SUNDAY. Geeze!

I believe he means the 7th, which is Tuesday.

Glad she's returning. I'd love for her to be there for Josefina's final show.
