is this filmed version available on DVD or for download anywhere? or a cast recording of this musical version?

The dvd of the television film and it's soundtrack are both available (and inexpensive) on amazon. The original cast recording is out of print, but available through individual sellers (also on amazon).

There is a cast recording of that version of A Christmas Carol, just not with those performers. There may be another, I'm not sure.
