Does anyone know when individual tickets typically go on sale for the Kennedy Center season? I thought about getting a subscription, but their subscription packages were a bit confusing so I think I'll wait.

Not easy to answer, as they stagger the onsales throughout the season. And members receive advance presale opportunity for each show before the general public.
As just one example, this year the member presale for Hamilton was in March for the August through October run.
