This is probably a long shot.
She was Velma on the tour in 1998, she was a hot mess but I enjoyed her very much so. "Entertainment Tonight" did a long segment following her during rehearsals and opening. Does anyone happen to have that footage?

I saw her in it. She was even worst than Jasmine Guy.

Khandi got fired so....I kinda enjoyed her in a weird campy way, I really loved her long ponytail. She was bad.
Im not sure where or when you saw Jasmine. I'm guessing you saw her early on in the tour if you saw Khandi. Jasmine kinda got off with a rough start, I hated her when I first saw her...but she really grew into the role and I ended up loving her by the time she came to Broadway.
