King Herod dream casting

Usually a lurker so my apologies if this is an annoying post, but the upcoming NBC Live production of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR has re-sparked my interest in the show I brushed off for a while, and I've had "King Herod's Song" playing on repeat for some time. The role's perfect for a bigger name/personality to cameo, they don't even have to be that great of a vocalist or male. Who would you want to see in the role?

• Joan Rivers (in a better world where's still alive)
• RuPaul (I've done the number in drag, perfect for a drag queen to twist it up)
• Jackie Hoffman
• Mary Testa
• Emma Pfaeffle channeling her Veruca Salt

Woops, should clarify this is just general dream casting, not for the NBC Live production. Alice Cooper's rendition is stellar, can't wait to see it in action two decades after recording the song.
