It's been a while since Harley Jay was on Broadway and I really think he's talented and I Love his voice. I would really like to see him in Kinky Boots, he would make a FANTASTIC Charlie.

I don't think he can be in Book of Mormon and Kinky Boots at the same time, since they have overlapping performances.
