Kevin Kline was nominated for an Emmy for his performance as Cyrano de Bergerac. Glad to see the Emmy nominators recognized his wonderful performance.
Incidentally, he's up against, among others, Ian McKellen's King Lear.
Other notable theatrical nominees include Janet McTeer and Len Cariou for INTO THE STORM, Jessica Lange (and Drew Barrymore) for GREY GARDENS, Marcia Gay Harden for something which I cannot recall and Elaine Stritch, once again, for 30 ROCK.

Marcia Gay Harden is nominated for THE COURAGEOUS HEART OF IRENA SENDLER in the Support Actress for a Mini-Series/TV Movie category. From the GOD OF CARNAGE team, Hope Davis also got a nomination in the Supporting Actress for a Drama category.
There's a slew of really exciting theater actors. Jane Krakowski finally gets nominated for 30 ROCK! Then there's Cherry Jones, Chandra Wilson, Mary-Louise Parker, Kristin Chenoweth, Neil Patrick Harris, Alan Alda, Christine Baranski, Sharon Lawrence, Alec Baldwin, Michael C. Hall, and more.
It's a pity that Jennifer Garner didn't get nominated for CYRANO.
