Kristen Behrendt in Sideshow...?

I know she went on the night before they made the cast recording because Alice and Emily were both out of the show, but did she ever go on aside from that night?

Anybody?

With all the talk of Evita, I just wanted to know how unstoppable Ripley's vocal chords really are.

I don't think she did. Alice Ripley didn't miss any shows except for that one, AFAIK.

(I saw Kristen as Daisy at TheatreWorks in Mountain View, Calif., and she was phenomenal.)

Yeah, I would have liked to see her as Daisy. It's so weird that she played both, although Kristen and Lauren (and Alice) have played the same parts before.

All three of them played Betty in Sunset Boulevard at some point and Lauren and Alice were both Fantine in Les Mis, while Kristen understudied that role for a while.

Oh! And Lauren played Evita, regionally, and Alice should be Evita in the revival...

They're all interchangeable, really, like Jennifer Holliday and Julie Andrews.

Yep, Kristen went on 11/2/97 and the OCR was recorded on 11/3/97.

That show had Kristen as Daisy and Lauren Kennedy as Violet.

The reason I know this isn't allowed to be discussed on these forums. ::coughcough::

If Kristen does end up being the Evita u/s, she'll probably go on every Wednesday and Saturday matinee, because that's how it was in the original Broadway company.
