I impulsively bought a cheap ticket to see Kristin a couple nights ago when I saw she'd be at DAR Constitution Hall, which is right near me in DC, on Sunday. An hour later it clicked that it's Tony night... which I'm obsessed with and I don't have DVR or anything!! I've never seen Kristin perform live and am excited, but feel kind of silly for missing the Tonys which I always love! Is anyone else going to this concert? Or anyone seen one on her tour and have any reviews? Thanks!

If it were me, a live performance of anything I love would trump any awards show. I mean, do you know the next time you will definitely be seeing Kristin in concert again?

Yeah, probably not for years... I agree, I need to get a grip haha- I'm sure it'll be amazing.

This is precisely why I am making the trek to her tour stop in Baltimore the night before (tomorrow) and not going to the DC performance the following night. I can always DVR it, but I like to see the Tonys live.

I'm pretty sure the Tony website has video of all the acceptance speeches and performances afterwards...for a while at least. And there must be someplace online where you can view a video of the telecast in its entirety.

Art has a double face, of expression and illusion.
